SW DIARY 16 March

The scales are showing an 8.5lb loss since January. Christmas and holiday weight gone and a bit more. Eight of those pounds lost in the last month while I have been trying to follow the SP plan, at least during the week – loading up with speed food and protein,  no bread, pasta, potatoes and rice. No grapes or bananas. It’s been easier than I expected and I have allowed myself to switch back to extra easy at the weekends.
While I am chuffed to bits with the weight loss, I was particularly delighted to find out my latest results at the diabetic clinic – average blood sugar at normal levels, cholesterol levels reduced. Yay!! This is the real success that has come from following SW – my health is noticeably better. I don’t need medication.
That two stone marker is in my sights.
