SW diary 1 March

Little bit disappointed this week – just a maintain after my 4lb off last week but I still feel very positive and am making good choices, most of the time.
Sticking with SP for another week as I have noticed a difference since laying off the bread and pasta.
Goal for this week: drink more water and do some exercise!
