These ‘tree change’ dolls are so beautiful

I came across this link on my twitter feed. A Tasmanian artist named Sonia Singh is rescuing “fashion” dolls from second hand shops and repainting their (in my opinion) grotesquely made-up faces to make them look like ‘real’ girls. She also kits them out with hand made clothes and does their hair.

I found them enchanting. I believe the artist will be selling them on-line through Etsy. I love the idea of giving toys a new life!
