238/365 Today I…Am planning a feast of fish

Today I…am looking forward to a fresh fish supper.
Martin and I drove down to Newlyn a busy fishing harbour a couple of miles from Penzance. We bought some sardines (pilchards) caught last night and some mackerel for the BBQ. We also bought some lemon sole -6 small fish for only £5- for tomorrow. Grilled or pan fried, the fishmonger suggested three each was right!
We stopped in Penzance for a coffee and a look round. I bought some fresh parsley, garlic and lemons to make gremolata to go with the sardines. (Just like Portugal, Jackie)
Found a Costa with free wifi so I am writing this while drinking a skinny latte.

We have a picnic so off to find a good spot near the sea to eat it.

Later: we found a glorious little beach to eat our picnic.

This evening we dined like kings.

Now sitting in the bar taking advantage of the wifi to upload my photos and Martin is watching the footsie on sky go on his I-pad. You gotta love technology!!
