226/365 Today I…went to see ‘Medea’

Today I…went to see the National Theatre Live screening of Medea at The Picturehouse cinema in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Oh my goodness, Helen McRory was insanely good in the title role! A fantastic new version written by Ben Power, loved the music, the staging, the costumes, I forgot I was in the cinema, I felt I was right there (probably a better view than in the theatre). No time to say more right now, its almost midnight- if you get the chance to see it, DO.
