Today I picked some of my beetroot from the veg patch and turned it into pickled beetroot.
Nothing flashy. Cooked, peeled and put into sterilised jars. Baby ones left whole, bigger ones sliced. Blurry photo- it’s 11.30pm!
I was hoping to share my watermelon gazpacho recipe from the weekend but no time tonight. Maybe tomorrow. *spoiler alert* it’s lovely!
