Today I…ate the last of the rhubarb from the garden.
We have had a good crop this year- there is some stewed and stashed away in the freezer ready for a crumble or two later in the year. I roasted the last few stalks with some grated orange zest and a sprinkle of brown sugar and we ate it swirled into some strawberry and rhubarb yoghurt. Gorgeous.
There is just enough left to take to work tomorrow. YUM!!
